MANDATORY INFORMATION ACCORDING GDPR
In case of initial contact, we are obliged according to Art. 12 & 13 GDPR to provide you with the following mandatory privacy information:
We only process your personal data insofar as there is a legitimate interest in processing (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR), you have consented to data processing (Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR), processing for initiation, justification, content or change of a legal relationship between you and us are required (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR) or another legal norm permits processing. Your personal data will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage or purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed).
Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular tax and commercial retention periods – remain unaffected. You have the right to receive information about origin, recipient and purpose of your stored personal data free of charge at any time. You also have the right to object, to data portability and to lodge a complaint with competent supervisory authority. You can also request correction, deletion and, under certain circumstances, restriction of the processing of your personal data.
